CenfoCampus RPG is an immersive learning initiative set in a neon-cyberpunk virtual universe inside Moodle, designed to strengthen the core competencies required by today's tech industry. The platform introduces a dynamic model where skill acquisition unfolds through an interactive journey in which participants embody Prototype X, an evolving professional exploring key environments such as the Ideas Laboratory, the Self-Actualization Core, and the Collaborative Zone.
Throughout the journey, learning is reinforced through interaction with Sara and Javier, virtual mentors modeled after tech industry professionals in New York, who share real-world workplace scenarios. Additionally, participants are accompanied by NUX and PIXI, digital companions engineered to provide cognitive support, progress tracking, strategic hints, and emotional well-being prompts.
The curriculum spans seven progressive missions structured for professional mastery. The first mission, System Reboot, establishes a framework for self-discovery and goal alignment. The second mission, Internal OS, focuses on emotional intelligence and self-regulation under pressure. The third mission, Self-Upgrade, reinforces confidence while overcoming limiting beliefs. The fourth mission, Resilience Mode, builds capacity for stress management, decision-making, and error tolerance.
